Seven Labs Inc. (the "Company") values the personal information of users in providing LinkFarm (the "Service") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Company processes, for what purposes and by what means, and what rights users may exercise.
Within the scope permitted by the official APIs of external platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube, the Company may collect the following information:

Where a user uses AI content generation features, the Company collects the following information after obtaining separate in-app consent:
The Company provides simplified sign-up via Kakao Sync so that users who visit a creator's profile link page (bookers, inquirers, etc.) can use the Service without a separate sign-up process. The Company receives the following information from Kakao, limited to the items the user consented to on the Kakao consent screen:
Sign-up is possible without consenting to optional items; where consent is not given, features related to those items (for example, receiving Alimtalk messages and automatic multi-device identification) may be limited. Sign-up via Kakao Sync is available only to holders of a Kakao account, and information verified by Kakao is transmitted to the Company.
The Company uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes:

As a matter of principle, the Company does not sell, lease, or share users' personal information for third-party marketing purposes. However, to provide Service features, the Company shares or transmits data through the official APIs of external platforms as set out below.

To provide AI content generation features, the Company entrusts data processing to third-party AI services as set out below. Separate in-app consent is obtained when a user first uses an AI feature.

The Company uses YouTube API Services to connect with users' YouTube accounts and channels. Data collected through the YouTube API is processed in compliance with the YouTube API Services User Data Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be revised in accordance with changes in applicable law, Service content, and other factors. Where the Company revises this Privacy Policy, it announces the revised content and effective date in advance through in-service notices, email, or similar means.
The Company processes the information below for Market application, Partner verification, Commission settlement and tax processing, and Sample dispatch. Refusal to allow processing of required items may restrict Market applications, Commission payment, or Sample requests.

Resident registration numbers of individuals (non-business) and sole proprietors (simplified-taxation payers) are processed only where there is a statutory basis, in order to fulfill withholding and payment statement submission obligations under the Income Tax Act, and are stored encrypted for five years in accordance with applicable law before destruction. Authenticity verification and real-name verification of resident registration numbers are entrusted to NICE Information Service Co., Ltd. Applications of these types are not currently offered pending integration of real-name verification, and the Company will provide notice of the specific processing method again before the feature is made available.
For smooth settlement and tax processing, the Company entrusts personal information processing as follows:

In providing LinkFarm Biz (biz.linkfarm.ai), a service for brand members, the Company processes the information below for onboarding review, performance of the agreement, and advertising fee settlement and tax processing. Brand members are business entities, but because personal information of natural persons such as contacts and representatives is included in the sign-up and review process, the Company gives notice of that processing as follows. Refusal to allow processing of required items may restrict sign-up, onboarding review, or settlement.

Business registration number, trade name, representative name, and business commencement date are verified through the National Tax Service business registration information authenticity verification service (Public Data Portal API).
Processors are provided only the minimum information necessary to perform the entrusted work, and are contractually obligated to comply with personal information protection laws.
Trade names (brand names), logos, product information, and affiliate policies registered by brand members are displayed to creators in order to provide the Service. Personal information of natural persons, such as representative names and contact details, is not displayed to creators.
Except where required by court order or applicable law, the Company does not provide personal information relating to brand members to third parties.
